Food and drinks are not included. You are welcome to bring your own snacks (e.g. a sandwich). Upon request, we are happy to order something to eat for you from the pizza and kebab place – an order list is available on-site. Cold drinks are available directly on-site.

Can I cancel my activity at short notice and free of charge?
You can cancel your booked activity at any time – however, free cancellation is only possible up to 30 days before the scheduled date.

If you cancel within 30 days of the activity (e.g., for last-minute bookings), our Terms & Conditions apply. Why? Quite simply: When you book, we reserve your spot(s), start planning the tour, book guides, and arrange taxi transfers – all of which incurs costs for us. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we unfortunately have to pass on these costs.

Important: Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on when you cancel:

Up to 30 days before the tour: 0% (free of charge)
29–22 days before: 30%
21–15 days before: 40%
14–7 days before: 60%
From 6 days before: 90%
On the day of the tour or in case of no-show: 100%

As you can see: the later you cancel, the higher the fee. Therefore, we recommend letting us know early if you are unsure – that way you stay on the safe side.

Can I take part in an outdoor activity if I am pregnant?

For safety reasons, participation in our outdoor activities is unfortunately not permitted for pregnant women. The physical demands – such as jumps, sliding passages, uneven terrain, and general exertion – pose an unpredictable risk to both you and your baby. We therefore expressly exclude pregnant women from taking part.

If you have already booked and discover that you are pregnant, we offer you a free cancellation. Please let us know at least 7 days before your booked date. If you cancel within this timeframe, we will refund the full booking price. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this deadline or no-shows cannot be refunded.

If you have any questions or are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us – we'll find a solution together.

Is accident, health, or cancellation insurance needed?
The stated price does not include accident, health, or cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate insurance. Even if a medical certificate (illness or injury) is provided for cancellation, we are obliged to charge cancellation fees. If you have travel cancellation insurance, you can submit the incurred costs (along with the necessary documentation) to your insurance company afterward.

If there are multiple activities in one day, is food provided between tours?
For multiple activities in one day (combo package), you will usually have about 30 minutes to 1 hour of break time at our camp.
Food and drinks are not included. And since we do not offer our own catering and do not operate our own restaurant, you should bring your own packed lunch. However, upon request, we can also order something from the pizza and kebab place (pizza, doner kebab, pasta, or meat dishes). Just let us know in the morning before the first tour, so we can organize everything in time. Cold drinks like Coke, soda, beer, or shandy are available at our camp.

Will the activity be cancelled if the weather is bad?
No, we run our activities in all weather conditions, because you get wet when rafting and canyoning anyway. Of course, extreme weather conditions can mean that a tour cannot be carried out for safety reasons. In that case, however, we will offer you an alternative program.
Unfortunately, via ferrata tours cannot take place in heavy rain, as it can become dangerous and slippery on the via ferrata. We will then work with you to find a new date or offer a different activity.

This means no alcohol before and during the activities.Unfortunately, this is not always clear to everyone and we really don't want to exclude anyone from the activites. However, for safety reasons, we have no other choice but to exclude drunk guests from the activities without exception and there will be no refund. Of course, you are more than welcome to have a beer after your activity.
